Pre-construction

This is what we saw, the very first time that we visited BelleGrove. We had picked this lot from the initial community plot plan, so in essence we purchased it "site" unseen. We were the second purchasers of a lot in the Willows, lot 4 was the very first lot sold just prior to ours.



Believe it or not, these shots show the main entrance to the "Willows" neighborhood part of BelleGrove. In the shot to the left, our lot is just in front of the earth grader, where the two single trees are. In the right picture, our lot would be to the left most side of the picture.



I took this shot from inside one of the original model homes, which were actually located in the "Oaks" neighborhood of BelleGrove. As you can see, this was very early on, and there wasn't much to the development at this time.



OK, here's a couple of pictures taken from the houses on Lot 1 and Lot 2, respectively, while they were under construction. The road that goes straight down in the left picture is Weeping Willow Drive, and the part roughed out going to the right is Black Willow Court. In the right picture, as you look straight ahead, the perfectly straight cleared area is actually the lots that have been cleared from #6 on.
